According to Chelsey Amer, a slice of pizza will hold you over better than many versions of the classic morning meal. Though it has more fat, sugar levels are lower in pizza. Amer tells 'The Daily Meal' you'll have a better chance of avoiding a "sugar crash" later on. Amer, who is based in New York, adds that pizza also has more protein. This means one's appetite will be more satisfied and you'll most likely avoid snacking.
